Booking & Cancellation Policy

Drum Production

Projects Under $200

Full payment is required before work begins.

Projects $200 and Above

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book the project and begin work. The remaining 50% is due before delivery of final high-resolution files, stems, or multitracks.

EPs and Albums

Larger projects may use an agreed payment schedule based on project milestones.

Client Cancellation

Deposits reserve production and studio time and are therefore non-refundable once work has been scheduled. If a client cancels after production has begun, payment for work already completed remains due.

If HardRay Productions Cannot Complete the Project

If HardRay Productions is unable to complete an accepted project, payment attributable to work that has not been completed will be refunded.

Revisions and Major Changes

Standard projects include two revision rounds. Major changes to the underlying song, structure, tempo, sections, or overall production direction after drum work has been completed may require additional production work. Additional charges will be discussed before that work is performed.

DJ Services

Reserving an Event Date

A signed service agreement and 30% booking deposit are required to reserve an event date. The deposit is applied toward the total event price. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Because event dates involve reserved calendar time and may involve event-specific preparation, the cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and force-majeure terms for a DJ booking will be stated in the signed DJ service agreement. The signed agreement controls for that event. Before signing and paying a deposit, clients should review those provisions and ask any questions they may have.

Additional Event Time

Additional DJ time is $150 per hour, subject to availability and venue restrictions. Additional time requested during an event is not guaranteed.

Venue and Event Suitability

The current HardRay Productions DJ system is intended for small-to-medium private events and wedding receptions. HardRay Productions may decline or modify a quote if venue conditions, guest count, outdoor conditions, power requirements, sound requirements, or specialized production needs exceed the capabilities of the current setup.

General Booking Rules

An inquiry, social-media message, verbal discussion, or quote alone does not reserve a date or start a project. Booking is complete only when the applicable acceptance, agreement, project materials, and required payment or deposit have been received.

Any approved exception or modification to a cancellation, payment, rescheduling, or booking term should be documented in writing.
