Standard rates apply when the event can be appropriately supported by the current HardRay Productions sound and lighting package. Larger rooms, higher attendance, outdoor events, or added production needs may require a custom quote.

Custom pricing based on the event.
For events where attendance, venue size, music requirements, or production needs go beyond a standard private-event package. This can include sporting events, school functions, larger celebrations, corporate or community events, and other high-attendance functions.
Final pricing is based on performance time, guest count, venue layout, indoor or outdoor conditions, music preparation, and load-in requirements. Large, corporate, and specialty events are accepted only when the current HardRay Productions setup can appropriately support the event.

Up to 5 hours.
Includes additional planning, music consultation, introductions, special-song coordination, basic announcements, and major musical-moment coordination. Reception only; ceremony audio is not currently offered.
Additional DJ time, subject to availability and venue restrictions.

The number of performance hours is only one part of a quote. Guest count, room size, venue layout, and event requirements are reviewed to make sure the current HardRay Productions setup is appropriate for the event.
If an event requires sound, lighting, microphones, or other production equipment beyond HardRay Productions' current setup, we will discuss those requirements before booking to determine whether HardRay Productions can appropriately support the event.
The DJ is the service.
The equipment supports the event. The experience, music selection, transitions, pacing and crowd reading are the service.
Two-Speaker Sound
Current two-speaker HardRay Productions sound system for appropriately sized small-to-medium events. Events that cannot be appropriately supported by this two-speaker system may not be accepted.
Booth & Facade
Clean DJ presentation with speaker stands/scrims.
Basic Dance Lighting
One dance-floor light bar is included with the standard setup. Additional or expanded lighting is not currently offered.
Wired Microphone
For announcements and speeches.
Music Planning
Must-plays, do-not-plays, special songs, genres, guest ages, atmosphere, and event-appropriate edits when needed.
Setup & Breakdown
Does not count against your booked DJ time.

Other Genres
Country, rock, alternative, jazz, oldies and other genres can be incorporated when requested. HardRay Productions is not marketed as a country- or rock-focused DJ service. If another specialty genre will make up most of the event, discuss it before booking so we can confirm fit.
Song Requests
Guest requests are welcome unless the client says otherwise. Requests are played at the DJ's discretion based on client preferences, event type, available time and room energy.
Booking Terms
A signed service agreement and 30% booking deposit reserve the event date. Remaining balance is due seven days before the event.

Do you take song requests?
Yes, unless the client says otherwise. Requests are played at the DJ's discretion based on client preferences, available time and the atmosphere in the room.
Can I provide must-play and do-not-play lists?
Yes. Those lists are part of the pre-event music-planning process.
Does setup count toward my DJ time?
No. Setup and breakdown do not count against the booked performance time.
Do you provide ceremony audio?
Not currently. Wedding packages are for the reception only.
What size events can your current setup handle?
The current HardRay Productions system is best suited for appropriately sized small-to-medium events. Venue size, room layout, guest count, indoor/outdoor conditions and production requirements are reviewed before the booking is finalized. Events that require sound or lighting beyond the current HardRay Productions setup will be reviewed before booking to determine whether HardRay Productions can appropriately support the event.
When is a custom quote needed?
A custom quote may be needed based on guest count, venue size, outdoor conditions, music preparation, or load-in requirements. A custom quote does not guarantee equipment beyond the current HardRay Productions setup. Large, corporate and specialty events start at $1,000, with final pricing confirmed after the event details are reviewed.
