Drum Editing & Enhancement

A custom drum arrangement created or substantially redesigned for your song.

Custom arrangement, groove development, kick/snare/hat/cymbal programming, fills, dynamics, humanization, sample selection, layering when appropriate, processing/mixing, stereo mix, stems, MIDI upon request, and two revision rounds.
Live Performance → MIDI Drum Production
A real drummer physically performs the drum arrangement first. That performance is converted to MIDI, refined, and produced with professional drum samples while preserving the feel, dynamics, fills, and musical decisions of the performance.

Custom arrangement, live performance, live-to-MIDI conversion, editing, timing/dynamic refinement, professional sample selection, processing/mixing, stems, MIDI performance file, and two revision rounds.
Complete Drum Production
Send the record and direction. HardRay handles the drums from concept through delivery.

Full-service drum production using the appropriate programmed, electronic, sampled, or live-performance-to-MIDI approach for the record, including arrangement, editing, layering, processing, mix-ready stems, stereo drum mix, applicable MIDI, and two revision rounds.

Pricing & Add-Ons
Song length: Up to 5:00 included • 5:01–7:00 +$25 • 7:01–9:00 +$50 • 9:01–12:00 +$75 • Over 12:00 $50/hour.
Additional percussion: Normal percussion is included. Substantial additional percussion production: 1–2 parts +$25 • 3–5 +$50 • 6+ / full arrangement +$75.
Multi-song discounts: 4–7 songs: 10% off standard service prices • 8+ songs: 15% off. Additional services and rush work are not discounted.
Turnaround & Revisions
Standard turnaround: 5–7 business days.
Faster turnaround: Priority 3 business days +$50 • Rush 2 business days +$75 • Next-business-day +$125, subject to approval and availability.
Revisions: Two revision rounds are included. Additional revisions are billed at $25 per 30 minutes.
Payment & File Delivery
Projects under $200: Full payment before work begins.
Projects $200 and above: 50% non-refundable deposit; remaining balance due before final high-resolution files, stems, or multitracks are delivered.
File delivery: High-resolution WAV delivery as applicable. Project files are retained for 90 days after final delivery; clients are responsible for storing final files.
Credits, Rights & Ownership
Standard session fees do not automatically create royalty, songwriting, publishing, or master-ownership obligations. Any royalty-bearing, songwriting, co-production, or ownership arrangement must be separately agreed in writing.
Appropriate credit is requested when project credits are published.
